Technology Associate Interns are embedded within various departments and get constant exposure to our technologies and business processes. Interns go through our summer technology boot-camp and then work alongside our technologists on projects important to our business. Like creating a custom programming language for portfolio managers to describe sophisticated investment decisions. Or building distributed computing platforms for handling computationally intensive processes in a parallel fashion. We believe the best intern experience is one that gives a real sense of what it's like to work here, so we have created a program in which our interns are treated as though they were full-time hires.

While no specific background is required, we are looking for applicants who are extremely passionate about technology and applying technology to solve complex, real-world problems. These people tend to have a history of super achievement, impressive technical acumen and coding skill, and are driven by an intense curiosity to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies. No previous financial experience is required.
